These terms apply to your use of bulkimg.ai. By using the site or the studio you accept them.
The service
bulkimg is a hosted bulk AI image generator. You buy prepaid credits and spend them to render images. Credits are tied to your account and can’t be transferred.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
What you may not create
No illegal content, nothing that infringes someone else’s rights, nothing sexual or explicit, and nothing that breaks the content policies of the model providers. Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited; we will close the account and report it as the law requires. Don’t create deceptive deepfakes of real people, or defamatory or harassing content. We may filter, block or fail requests that break these rules and suspend accounts that do.
Credits and payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are spent when you submit a batch. If an image fails for technical reasons, its credits go back to your balance automatically. Credits for requests that fail or are refused because they break these rules or a provider’s policy may not be refunded. See the refund policy for purchases.
Your images
You own the images you generate, subject to the license of the model that produced them, and you’re responsible for how you use them. We keep each batch for at least 14 days after creation; after that images may be removed, so download what you need.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Models sometimes produce unexpected results; review images before you publish them.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll say so on this page before it takes effect.
